Accepting These Terms When You Register

Completing registration at SweepLasVegas and activating your account constitutes acceptance of these terms in full, and they carry the same legal force as a signed agreement between you and the operator. The terms apply from the moment your account is created, whether or not you make an optional Gold Coin purchase, and they govern every subsequent session, promotion and redemption you take part in. Continued use of the account after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Who Can Hold an Account With Us

An account may only be opened and held by a player aged 18 or over. Each player is permitted one account; opening or operating more than one account attached to the same identity, household or payment method is a breach of these terms. Our liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances held in your account at the time a dispute arises, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss connected to your participation. SweepLasVegas is not licensed under Australian law, holding instead a Curacao gaming licence for its international operations, and each player is responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in their own jurisdiction before creating an account.

Funding Your Account and Redeeming Prizes

Optional Gold Coin packages can be purchased with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, USDT, USDC, PYUSD, EURC and Pay with Binance. No purchase is required to play, since 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweep Coin are credited automatically after registration. Sweeps Coins earned through gameplay, the Daily Spin Wheel, the Coin Faucet, referrals or a mail-in Alternate Means of Entry request can be redeemed for a cash prize once a minimum of 100 SC has been accumulated and wagered at least once (a 1x playthrough). Redemptions are processed exclusively via ACH Bank Transfer.

Sweeps Coin and Gold Coin balances that remain untouched for 6 consecutive months are forfeited.

Governing Law and Regulatory Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the licence held by Digital Entertainment Development LLC, the Delaware-registered company that operates SweepLasVegas under its Curacao gaming licence. Any provision of these terms that conflicts with a mandatory rule of a player’s home jurisdiction does not override that mandatory rule, but otherwise the operator’s Curacao licence and its associated regulatory framework govern the platform’s operations.

Conduct We Do Not Allow

We do not permit multi-accounting, meaning the operation of more than one account by the same person. Bonus abuse, including exploiting a promotion such as the Refer-a-Friend programme or the BOOST150 offer outside its intended use, results in forfeiture of the associated coins and possible account closure. Collusion between players to manipulate a game outcome, and the use of automation, scripts or bots to interact with the platform, are both prohibited and treated as a material breach of these terms.

What Happens With Bonuses, Verification and Changes to These Terms

If a technical malfunction affects a game round, including an incorrect payout display or a broken game session, the result of that round is void and any affected Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin balance is corrected to reflect the outcome the game engine actually recorded. The welcome bonus of 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweep Coin carries no wagering requirement on the Gold Coin portion, while Sweeps Coins carry a 1x playthrough requirement before they qualify for redemption. Optional purchase bonuses, including the 100% welcome pack and the BOOST150 code offering a further 150% on a first Gold Coin purchase, are subject to the same 1x Sweeps Coin wagering rule, and 18+ eligibility applies to every bonus and promotion described in these terms. Before a first Sweeps Coin redemption is approved, a player must complete identity verification (KYC), submitting a government issued photo ID, such as an Australian driver’s licence or a passport. We may update these terms at any time, and material changes are communicated by email to the address on file and by a notice on the platform; continuing to use the account after such a notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
